Power Sharing Technology:
As part of the X-Series Smart-Tec System, BlowHard developed Power Sharing technology to maximize and balance power output to protect against overload and overheating. When in use, the Battery Management System constantly monitors each battery individually and adjusts the draw on power to maintain an even battery depletion rate, yet maximizes power to hold consistent, high-performance levels. This control provides more performance reliability, especially when the batteries used are at uneven charge states and ages, which increases the life and health of the batteries. Hottee can run on 1 battery or 2 and even on batteries that are different sizes.

Smart-Tec
Equipped with the Smart-Tec Battery Management System, dynamic Operator Interface, and Diagnostics screen, this fan makes owning and operating a BlowHard easy and low maintenance. As the user adjusts the power knob, the bright LCD screen displays quick, responsive, data such as Power Level, CFM, Thrust, and Battery Level (for each battery) to give firefighters power and control over unpredictable and ever-changing
situations.
High-Flow Jet Technology:
An expansion jet engineered by BlowHard. Upon exiting the fan, the airstream expands beyond the size of the shroud, increasing air entrainment to effectively seal the door yet at the same time, holds pressure within the airstream to maximize airflow through the structure. This also allows the airstream to reach its full performance within tighter setback distances. Pressurizing and ventilating at rapid rates, this BlowHard technology has truly advanced the effectiveness and efficiency of PPV.
Opti-Max:
Unique to BlowHard, the shroud and blade are designed to be as big as the entire footprint of the fan for a large airstream. Because every inch of space is optimized, we are able to engineer the smallest fans on the market while surpassing performance outputs of all other battery-operated brands on the market.
